In the gloaming

While many people find it difficult to shoot in that time between light and dark, I find that's when the city is at its most intriguing. There are shadows to be captured.

Inspired by Edward Hopper's "Nighthawks", this series of images depicts Manchester like one of his paintings; a bleak vista occasionally frequented by a few lonely souls.
